The Wildest 48-hour Marathon Film Fest In The Midwest

A Few Important Details….

Wednesday, October 10, 2007

We hope you are getting as excited about the upcoming Scare Factor as we are!

We just wanted to mention a couple of important things.

Our sign up location in Kansas City is Fred P. Ott’s on the Plaza. We will have a team there from 7PM until 10 PM on Friday.

Our sign-up location in Lawrence is Henry’s on Eighth Street. Not Henry T’s. We will have a team there from 7PM until 10PM.

There is a flyer that is circulating aound Lawrence and Kansas City that lists the date of the event as October 26th 2008. This is an error. The event is this October 2007. We figured most people would realize this but we wanted to make sure!

We also want to remind everyone that the showing of the films will be on Friday October 26th at 8PM. We are having a slightly later showing to accomodate arrivals from out of town.

There is a format addition this year. If you would like to enter your film as a compressed or uncompressed Quicktime file, we will be accepting Sorenson 3, H.264 and Uncompressed file formats.

Lastly- we encourage everyone to wear costumes and dress up for the event. It is the weekend before Halloween and there is no better way to celebrate than to let that inner freak out!

Let us know if you have any questions!
